We’re an employer of record (EOR-staffing company), call center operator, and software developer with a decade of experience.

Our operations are located in India, while our marketing and ownership are in the US.

If as a business development representative (BDR) you’ve acquired clients who have IT, marketing, sales or virtual assistant staffing needs, and are looking to save salary and HR expense by hiring top quality, full-time direct hires offshore, we can help you meet those needs by supplying candidates for these positions.

For each placement you make, you receive from your client a 15%-25% fee of the hire’s annual salary.

For example, placing a candidate with a $100,000 annual salary would result in a $20,000 fee to you assuming a 20% fee rate.

We would receive 20% of the 20% fee or $4,000 for pre-vetting and supplying the candidate.

In addition, we offer free project and department staffing consultations which would allow you to obtain multiple placements leveraging your time and financial results.

Tech Pros Global is an international professional employment organization (PEO) or employer of record (EOR).

A PEO or EOR is an employment service that provides human resources services for full time employees only, including hiring and employment in the country it's located in.

As a PEO or EOR we handle staffing, employment contracts, payroll, employment law compliance, employee benefits, and other essential aspects of employment for offshore hires.

For offshore hires, employers make a single monthly payment to us pursuant to your employment contract for one or a team of employees you hire. We pay the employee or employees and handle all HR responsibilities as indicated above.

You still manage the employee’s day-to-day duties and responsibilities, interview pre-vetted candidates we provide you, and decide who you want to hire and terminate.

US onshore hires are not handled by our EOR. Those hires are paid directly by the employer as are their taxes, benefits and insurance.

Offshore hires

Employer makes a single monthly payment to us pursuant to your employment contract for one or a team of employees you hire. We pay the employee or employees and handle all HR responsibilities as indicated above.

US Onshore remote hires

Employer pays the hire directly and is responsible for all taxes, insurance and benefits.

Just employees. Foreign employees of US companies working and living abroad aren’t taxed in the US.

Just full-time employees.

Rates for such work are designated in your employment contract. Just notify us of the dates and times and we will invoice you at the end of the month for the additional work time.

If you find the employee is not a fit, we will replace that employee after the termination notice provisions of your employment contract have been met. Note that we do not charge placement fee for your original or subsequent hires.

Yes per your company stock option or other equity participation plan.

Employer handles onboarding, training and daily supervision of the employee or team. For offshore hires, we handle all HR responsibilities including payment of benefits, taxes, insurance, severance and termination. Employer handles all HR responsibilities for onshore remote hires.

For offshore hires, employee expenses are approved by the employer and reimbursed to Tech Pros Global in the employer's monthly invoice. Tech Pros Global makes these payments to the employee along with their salary. For onshore remote hires, employer approves and pays the employee directly.
